VISA REQUIREMENTS AND ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION
New entry requirements for Canada require that Visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid Canadian visa.
Click here to determine whether you need a Visa OR an ETa and apply online before arranging your flight. Various languages are supported including: العربية, 中文, English, Francais, Deutsch, ελληνικά, Magyarul, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Polski, Português, Español.
Please view the online application for Temporary Visitor Visas (if required). You can request a letter of invitation from the Conference Organizer for Visa purposes by filling in the necessary information when you complete your online registration. Please be sure to check with your nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate well in advance of travel to obtain the appropriate documentation. A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers.
